Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) minangka operator utama sing nulungi ngeterake bantuan nylametake menyang Nepal sawise gempa bumi ing Kathmandu, Nepal, tanggal 25 April 2015, kanthi ndhukung sektor pamrentah kanggo ngirim tim medis, tim penyelamat, lan pasokan bantuan kanggo sing kena lindhu.

Mr. Charamporn Jotikasthira, THAI President, said that THAI is a primary carrier to transport relief aid, medical personnel, and provide rescue assistance to people in Nepal by cooperating with the Royal Thai Government, Thai armed forces, and Thai Red Cross. THAI has prepared a two part plan that includes arranging a reservation center for those providing relief assistance and transporting cargo shipments carrying relief goods in the aircraft belly. Should Nepal request assistance from Thailand, priority aid will be given to the government and people of Nepal, as follows:

- Dokter, perawat, lan personel sing lunga menyang Nepal kanggo mbantu korban gempa bumi.

- Unit penyelamat sipil lan militer, uga sing saka Kementerian Dalam Negeri lan Palang Merah Thailand.

- Pengangkutan peralatan nylametake lan peralatan medis sing dibutuhake sektor pamrentah supaya bisa nylametake lan menehi pitulung medis.

- Barang transportasi saka Pamaréntah Thailand, kanthi barang-barang sing dibutuhake dijaluk Kedutaan Besar Thailand ing Nepal menyang Kementerian Luar Negeri, kayata kemul, panganan, tenda, obat-obatan, peralatan pertolongan pertama, lan banyu.

- 200 dhaharan kothak lan 500 botol banyu sing disedhiyakake dening THAI Catering diangkut saben dina nganggo penerbangan THAI kanggo masarakat Thailand sing golek perlindungan ing Kedutaan Besar Royal Thai ing Kathmandu.

THAI tetep ngoperasikake penerbangan normal ing rute Bangkok-Kathmandu, penerbangan siji saben dina. Flight TG319 dioperasikake karo pesawat Boeing 777-200 lan mangkat saka Bangkok jam 10:15 jam lan tekan ing Kathmandu jam 12:25. Penerbangan TG320 mangkat saka Kathmandu jam 13:30 lan tekan Bangkok jam 18:15.

However, on April 27, 2015, flight TG319 from Bangkok to Kathmandu was unable to land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu due to priority landing for the rescue plane in place by the government of Nepal, whereby rescue aircraft are mainly military aircraft transporting emergency goods. As well, Tribhuvan International Airport was heavily congested, with two aircraft parked on the taxi way and lack of aircraft parking bays, and as a result flight TG319 returned to Bangkok on 01:10 hours on 28 April 2015 and departed as special flight TG3199 on 28 April 2015 from Bangkok to Kathmandu at 09:15 hours. Today’s flight TG319 departed as normally scheduled at 10:15 hours.
